City Council will hold their regularly scheduled legislative meeting where items of interest include consideration of the Cameron Run Park Public Planning Process to Identify Potential Alternative Future Use(s) of the Cameron Run Regional Park Site and an oral presentation on the WMATA Proposed Budget.
The City of Alexandria will hold a Community Meeting on Surplus City-Owned Properties regarding the disposition of the following City-owned surplus properties: 912, 916 and 920 King Street; 116 S. Henry Street; and 120, 122 and 122 ½ N. Patrick Street.
The Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting. Items of interest include consideration of: a text amendment to change Sign Regulations in the Historic District; a Development Special Use Permit and site plan for a new restaurant building with outdoor dining and a drive-through facility for Taco Bell at 4213 & 4141 Duke Street; and Special Use Permits for the VINCI school- a private academic school at 1601 Duke Street and for Junction Bakery & Bistro at 1508 Mount Vernon Avenue to allow off-premises alcohol sales.

The Board of Architectural Review - Old and Historic District will hold their regularly scheduled meeting where items of interest include a request for demolition and capsulation at 203/205/211 Strand Street Applicant by IDI Strand, L.C. to make way for a new retail/residential building and a Concept Review at 1604-1616 King Street by applicant Dechantal Associates, LLC
